I live in a small rural village in New Brunswick, Canada, with a homestead, a garden, and a flock of chickens. I spent years working in tech before stepping away in 2016 to care for my terminally ill mother in law full time. It was one of the hardest and most meaningful things I've ever done. But it cost me. This season of life aged me in ways I'm still unpacking. 🌾
